The Subdivision and Housing Developers Association, Inc. is committed to provide our 2024 National Convention's delegates a smooth and hassle-free cancellation policy.
Cancellations are not allowed and no refunds are given once payment has been processed. However, a participant may transfer his/her slot to someone, provided that the request of transfer must be sent to the secretariat in writing via email to [email protected] 10 days before the event.
Submission of the substitute names is only allowed once.
All changes will be effective on the date of the written request’s confirmation.
If the Participant has tested positive for COVID-19, he/she may get a full refund. Thus, it will be required for the participant to submit a copy of his/her positive test result.
Requests for refunds will be processed within 15 calendar days after the event proper.
Only the above-mentioned cancellation procedures will be entertained.

In addition, details of transactions, registration, and consent forms made by the SHDA Member or visitor are recorded and securely stored at the SHDA Head Office, while the digital records are stored electronically in an encrypted computer database managed by SHDA.
How does SHDA use your data?
SHDA uses the information stored in the database primarily for managing its Membership activities, dissemination of events, new product offerings from its sponsors/affiliates/partners, and similar activities developed by SHDA for the benefit of its members. In addition, SHDA utilizes the information stored on the database for performing its own statistical analyses, executing marketing campaigns, and events, or product development. No other person, other than SHDA’s Board of Directors, employees, agents, and contractors, are authorized to access your information held in SHDA’s database. Moreover, all persons who can access the information are required to maintain its confidentiality and comply with privacy laws.
